Too fast, too furious-and way too hot to handle . . .

Mackenzie Cox has a lot to prove. Daughter of a racing legend, she is eager to show the world that she has inherited her father’s talent in the male-dominated sport of professional motorcycle racing. The last thing Kenzie needs is to be antagonized by her rival team’s newest rider, Hayden Hayes. Plucked from the world of illegal street racing, Hayden immediately gets under Kenzie’s skin. His insinuations that Kenzie is a spoiled princess who was handed her career fuels her desire to win, and much to her surprise, Kenzie soon learns she performs better when she’s racing against Hayden.
As Kenzie and Hayden push each other on the track, the electric energy between them off the track shifts into an intense–and strictly forbidden–attraction. The only rule between their two ultra-competitive teams is zero contact. Kenzie always does her best to play by the rules, but when her team slips into a financial crisis, she has no choice but to turn to Hayden for help. The tension simmers during their secret, late-night rendezvous, but Kenzie has too much to lose to give in to her desires. Especially when she begins to doubt that Hayden has completely left his street life behind.

Mackenzie Cox is the daughter of a motorcycle racing legend. She’s a key racer on her family’s racing team, and is destined to be one of the best. When her family’s team, Cox Racing, starts hitting some financial bumps, Mackenzie secretly teams up with her team’s biggest rival, Hayden Hayes, to train.

Hayden hasn’t had the best upbringing. An illegal street racer before going legit, a lot of people have some concerns about what kind of racer he really is. One thing he knows for sure is that he races better when racing with Mackenzie. He also knows that he’s extremely attracted to her, but the rivalry between the two teams makes it very difficult to act on that attraction..

When Mackenzie and Hayden begin secretly meeting to train, they slowly learn things about each other they never expected. Their late night sessions turn into way more than just about the sport. As Mackenzie gets desperate to save her family’s team the stakes raise drastically, and Mackenzie begins to wonder who she can truly trust.

I really enjoyed this new book by S.C. Stephens. When I found out that a new series was being published by her, I had to get my hands on it immediately. With this being the first book I’ve read about motorcycle racing, I am truly impressed and need more.

I love stories where the females are the minority in the situation. Motorcycle racing is definitely a male dominated sport so it called for great fun and strong, fierce women.

It’s been years since I’ve read S.C’s other series, but I definitely remember the chemistry being off the charts. FURIOUS RUSH is no different. Mackenzie and Hayden immediately connected and their attraction towards each other is evident and hot!

I must warn everyone that the ending doesn’t end on a huge cliffhanger, but there is a massive situation that I’m dying to find out what will come of it!

If you’re looking for something fun, sexy, and completely different… this is it. S.C. Stephens delivers an action packed story with fun sexy scenes and intense conflicts.
